Mission: "Gracing The Community With C.A.R.E."
COMMUNITY is people in relationships; a sense of belonging and interaction with others where mutual respect and care are shown to all. Community is a place where our Christian experience is lived out in relationship to other individuals with common goals and values.
ADORATION is the community in worship to the Lord our God, the expression of a life style that honors the principals of the Bible. It is a coming together in shared expressions of testimonials, music, singing, and the arts to honor God.
RESTORATION contends for the wholeness of an individual's personhood: body, soul and spirit.
EVANGELISM is the possibility of change that has a mutual benefit to the whole of society.
Pastoral Counseling
The counseling service is available to low income persons using a sliding scale. Our office is in the city of Montclair, California. Counseling is by appointment only. For more information call: 909.240.1551.
Prayer Clinic
The Prayer Clinic and the Pantry occur at the same time. Currently the pantry and clinic are held the forth Saturday of each month from 9:00 am until noon. The location is: 9950 Monte Vista, Montclair, CA 91763. Care & Company is at the south end of the parking lot of Bethany Baptist Church.
Hygiene Pantry
The purpose of the Pantry is to supplement hygiene supplies, especially for those who have children. A California ID, proof of income, and a utility bill with a current address are required to use the pantry. The income of participants must be below $1,200.00 per month. The Pantry and Prayer Clinic function on a first-come, first-serve basis.
