God Loved, God Gave

God so loved... He gave...His only... Son for You!

Love requires a sacrifice; God's sacrifice is Jesus...

When I was a very young Christian, a dear friend of mine told me, Tony, Jesus loved you so much, He spread His arms out and died for you.

When you respond to the Gospel and receive Jesus as Lord and Savior, you accept salvation with resolve and joy. The old life is over, the new has begun, all my sins are washed away! I can forgive, because I have been forgiven, I can look at people and say God can forgive you! (Corinthians 5:17).

Here is the thing. I have to forget and let Jesus have my shame and pain; I cannot rehearse it over and over in my head. Here's why, if I don't let go, I am letting the old self say, Jesus' blood isn't enough!!

If this condition persists, then the devil can build a stronghold in your mind! We all have strongholds of the past...

Go to God and ask for deliverance, and the answer is the Blood of Jesus, the anointing that breaks every yoke, the authority of the Word of God, and the name of Jesus!
