Bored Again

There was a time when being a "born-again" believer meant something.  You believed in Jesus as Savior, Healer, and Deliverer! You spent time in the Bible learning God's heart, His ways, and His character. You sang to the Lord Bible songs, danced as David danced, and it was joyous. T

Today, there are many "niches" of church, even political, "MAGA churches. Modern churches cater to the demands of the congregation, not the heart of God. It is like the old commercial, "same place, same thing." This cool down has caused a condition I call "bored again.”

God of heaven and earth, hear our cry, give us a passion for souls, a renewed love for those you cherish, a prayer life that is committed to your will, love, and grace. Revive Us Again, as the old hymn says.
