Break Up The Fallowed Ground

This wonderful verse speaks of our hearts; we are to break up the hardness and obstacles that stop us from receiving the seed of the word of God. Break up your fallow ground, and do not show among thorns (Jeremiah 4:3).

We do so by prayer, reading the Word, and submitting to the Holy Spirit. We must, as Christians, keep our hearts soft and tender with compassion, love, and grace for each other.
