Lord, you are just and merciful to your people of faith. We as such stand in the gap for our divided and hurting nation. One nation under God.
We have sinned greatly against your Name and have forgotten your ways.
Forgive us, O God, and deliver us from evil.
Give us as Christians a true heart of repentance for our country, hear our cry, count our tears as we wait on your mercy, revive us again… from a guy who was raised on John Wayne, Apple pie, wrapped in a flour tortilla.
